Directions for use:

The customer must count the number of drops they place in the water well every night. Once you find the right mix for you stay with it. If you miss the count and add one more drop into the water well, You may not be able to go to sleep. The vapors are too strong. Dump the water and put the correct number of drops in the water.

Directions for use:
Vapor Rubs have been used for seven decades and consist of 2% Menthol and 2% Eucalyptus mixed with a petroleum jelly. This is in pure form.
For a child less than 2 years old place one drop on your finger and rub it under their chin. Two years to an adult just two drops will do the same. Your sinuses will be open and you can breathe easy.
It can be used in misters. Add five drops to the mister and adjust to what is right for you.
